The woman talking was a famous doctor. She asked the audience some questions.
“Do you often feel tired at school? Are there times you feel grumpy? Do you frequently
feel sick?”
Many people said yes. Loulou and Jamal did too. “To live a healthy and happy life there
are some important things you must do. If you do these things, you will not feel tired at
school. You will not feel grumpy and you will be in better health,” the woman said.
“You must eat healthy food, like fruits and vegetables, and
drink lots of water every day. Exercise gives you energy!
Try to take part in sports, games, and exercises that you
enjoy. It is also important to take some time each day to
relax. This will help you to feel calm and peaceful. You
should all try to get enough sleep too! Do not watch too
much TV or spend too much time on the computer. And one
nal thing, make sure you get lots of fresh air!” The doctor
nished her talk and asked everyone to go and enjoy the
nature park.
