Activity 1
Today we will learn how to bounce using both arms.
Warm Up
Let’s jog slowly and bounce (landing on both feet) keeping the body upright.
Main Activity
Now let’s bounce along the skipping rope:
i. from cone A to cone B.
ii. over the rope-zigzag.
iii. holding a hoop over the head.
