Activity 2-Kicking at a target
Warm up
Let’s jog and run in different directions, on teacher’s signal
jump forward.
Let’s kick the ball:
1. in between the cones.
2. with our left/right leg in
between the 2 cones.
Cool down
Stretch yourself as wide as possible and walk.
Walk or jog while breathing in and out deeply.
